Body Hypnosis is my own unique form of bodywork distilled from over 10 years as a Licensed Massage Therapist, and studies of other somatic practices. It is not massage.
It is the use of finely tuned hands and attention to connect to the body, unconscious and energy fields and find places of blockage. These blockages can be physical, emotional, mental or energetic.
Most often uses gentle rocking or light pressure to relax the body and release those blockages. Like hypnosis it gently encourages the body and muscles to move just a little past their normal pattern of tension and holding and to connect to new resources. And even though the work is usually light, it can create wonderful change.
